Nysschen resigns from the top job at Nissan’s luxury arm two years after taking the position, with reports suggesting he could move to Cadillac

Infiniti boss Johan de Nysschen has resigned, just two years after taking the top job at Nissan’s luxury arm.

De Nysschen, who was based at Infiniti’s global headquarters in Hong Kong, will leave the company at the end of this month. A spokesman for the firm said the move was due to “personal reasons”. Current reports suggest de Nysschen has been in talks with GM about working for its Cadillac brand.
