Ford Mustang GT350 reportedly under development

Keeping up with tradition, Ford is already developing a more powerful variant of the 2015 Mustang.

The new model, likely to be called the Mustang GT350, will be powered by a version of the current 5.0-litre V8 engine from the GT. In the GT, the V8 is rated at approximately 420 horsepower and 390 lb.-ft. of torque, but those numbers will undoubtedly be boosted with the help of a supercharger, like the outgoing Mustang GT500.

According to Autocar UK, the Mustang GT350 will debut at the North American International Auto Show next year before going on sale soon afterwards. Expect the GT350 to wear more aggressive styling up front with larger intakes and a tweaked front grille to help the car breathe better, as well as standard 19-inch wheels and significantly larger brakes at all four corners.
