2014 Toyota Plug-in Hybrid prices starting at £29,990

The 2014 Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid will be $2,000 cheaper than it predecessor with a starting price of $29,990. The Prius Plug-in Advanced model has also had its base price slashed to $34,905, making it $3,620 cheaper than the 2013 version.

However, there is no reduction in specs or accessories as a result of the price drop, which the firm has put in place to make the car more accessible to customers.The 2014 Prius Plug-in Hybrid comes with heated front seats as standard, as well as 10-spoke alloy wheels, a remote-controlled air conditioning system, and three years of roadside assistance.

The 2014 Prius Plugin Advanced model also comes with an eight-direction power-adjusted drivers seat and an advanced high definition display navigation system. An optional Technology Package can be added which includes fog lights and LED headlights.

Production of the 2014 Prius Plug-in hybrid began in October 2013 with deliveries set to start in November 2013.
