Sedan: 2014 Chrysler 300

Heavy-hitter full-sized sedan with great curb presence; two new signature models created in collaboration with designer John Varvatos

Few sedans have the visual impact of the Chrysler 300. Like one of the chrome and steel behemoths of the 1950s, the 300 is a proper large American sedan, and commands attention. For 2014, Chrysler is capitalizing further on the idea of the 300 as a lifestyle choice with two new models styled by menswear designer John Varvatos: think chrome, leather, dark accents and sanded wood. Behind the scenes, the award-winning Pentastar engine continues to provide solid acceleration, especially as it’s paired with a smooth-shifting eight-speed automatic. A larger V8 Hemi engine is available as an option, equipped with variable cylinder activation to assist with fuel consumption. For maximum go to match the show, look no further than the riotous SRT models with a brawny 470-hp engine.
