A bizarre incident that took place last Friday in broad daylight on the roads of the crime-ridden Mexico City neighborhood of Colonia del Valle, and which was filmed from a nearby house through a cell phone camera, has gone viral, eventually reaching the office of Rodolfo Rios Garza, head of the Attorney General of the Federal District (PGJDF), who launched an investigation.
